A little about me

My friends would say I'm a smartass, but I prefer to consider myself a wise ass. Mars was always a dream of mine, and I can't imagine a better place to be right now. Well, Earth, but Mars is certainly better than the other six planets. (Sorry, Pluto.)

What I do to get by

I'm a botonist, an engineer, an astronaut, and a space pirate. That last one is more accidental than the others, but maybe equally important, in the grand scheme of things. Recently, I mostly farm potatoes.

What I do for fun

Lately I've been binge watching old television shows. I'd kill for even just a single episode of Breaking Bad or Game of Thrones. Considering the latency from here to Earth though, I'd probably die before I could stream the first scene.

I regularly ponder

Why didn't I bring a golf club to Mars? Alan Shepard took one to the Moon, and that's always stuck in my mind as a pretty cool thing to be the first to do. I could've been the first to golf on Mars. Oh well, I probably have more firsts than anyone else in history.
